Shady Brook is a beautiful getaway only 15 minutes from West Des Moines, IA.  We are not the normal “concrete” campground.  Our land offers plenty of wildlife along with the running Bear Creek and beautiful shade trees blooming with life.  We have walking trails to be explored, a shelter house for family and friends to gather.

         -- A beautiful, relaxing cabin that rents by the night or the week

         -- Tree Pod’ZZZ – get the luxury of sleeping in a tree in our Tree Pod’ZZZ, a floating bed allows you to get ZZZs in the trees
